Marari Beach is a beach in Alappuzha District of Kerala , India . It is only 11 km from Alappuzha (Alleppey) town, this small and quiet village (also called Mararikulam ), is an idyllic place for a holiday. Currently the only resort in the area is the “Marari Beach Resort” belonging to CGH chain of Earth stations, although there are a number of stays in houses and a new complex called Pollethai which is 1 mile south of Marari. And Muthoot Hospitality Services part of the Muthoot Group has started the construction of a 100 bedroom complex with an investment of 60 rupees in Marari, this would make it the largest resort in Marari.The complex is expected to be completed in 2011.

Mararikulam is connected by railway and has a railway station by the same name. It is also well connected by road. NH 47 passes through SLPuram, which is 5 km east of Mararikulam. The nearest airport is Cochin International Airport .
